• Rescheduling or Canceling (24 hours or more in advance)
No worries! You can easily reschedule or cancel online, or feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to help. There’s no charge for changes made more than 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours before your appointment)
If something comes up and you need to cancel last-minute, we’ll charge 50% of the total service price to cover the spot.
• No-Shows
Missed appointments without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
